Make a set of four beautiful fused glass pocket vases on this fun half-day workshop

On this workshop you'll create several fused glass pocket vases like the ones we sell in the gallery. You'll also gain an insight in to some of the basics of glass fusing - a gentle introduction to an artform many of our students have gone on to enjoy developing in their own home.

Pocket vases are a fashionable and cute way to display a single flower stem (or two) indoors.

You'll be decorating pre-cut glass shappes with a wide range of coloured glass frits (crushed glass), enamel pens, glass noodles, glass blobs and more, to your own designs. The workshop provides enough materials to make four pocket vases so you'll have plenty of opportunity to try out your ideas.

The course cost of £75 inc VAT per person includes:

• Pre-cut fusible glass sheets to make 4 pocket vases
• Clear and coloured fusible glass frit, enamel pens and more to make your project
• Use of all tools and apron
• Refreshments during the workshop
• Maximum class size 5 people for individual attention
• Both kiln firings
• All your work to keep, after all firings are complete
• Morning session runs from 10.30 to 13.00 (approx)
• Afternoon session runs from 14.30 to 17.00 (approx)
• Classes run at our Northants studio near Towcester
