In these three lively workshops Stacey, aka Meet The Moon Designs will teach you how to create beautiful papercut art. Suitable for beginners and equally suitable for anyone who's already tried papercutting and wants to learn new techniques.
Stacey has created three workshops for us:
Papercut Card Making Workshop - 2 hours, suitable for beginners and up; £45 inc VAT per person
On this short introduction to papercut art you'll make a selection of greetings cards based on printed templates designed by Stacey.
- Learn the basics of papercutting including safely using the knife, practising the techniques and then choose your main design
- Choice of coloured papers for your cards
- Refreshments and materials are included
- Make a second or third card as time allows
- Additional templates provided to try at home
Family Tree Papercutting Workshop - 3.5 hours, suitable for beginners and up; £65 inc VAT per person
On this longer papercut art workshop you'll create a personalised, framed family tree based on family names sent at time of booking.
- Learn the basics of papercutting including safely using the knife, practising the techniques and then creating your own family tree paper art
- Framing your family tree to finish it off
- Refreshments and materials are included
- Make a paper cut card or gift tag as time allows
Themed Papercutting Workshop - all day including lunch, suitable for beginners and up; £109 inc VAT per person
- Themes include woodland, Beach scene, Birds, Flowers, Iniial Letters, Inspirational Quotes
- Develop beyond the basics of papercutting including safely using the knife, practising the techniques and then creating your own themed paper art with coloured infills
- Framing your art work to finish it off
- Lunch, refreshments and materials are included
- Create a second papercut and make into a greetings card
For all Papercut Art workshops at Vitreus Art:
- Classes strictly limited to 6 places to ensure plenty of personal attention
- Spacious, sanitised workspaces provided
- Materials and practise templates provided
- Refreshments provied plus lunch from the nearby Cafe on full-day workshops
- Classes run at Vitreus Art's Northants studio near Towcester at times listed below
